I WAS NINETEEN - Ich war neunzehn - D: KONRAD WOLF - 1968

Incredible WW2 film, seen from the view of a Russian guy fighting with the Germans against Russians.  The lead is so captivating, I felt this film could just keep going and I would watch.  Fascinating and exciting, even though there were only two on-screen battles.  A.
